barbells? why? lol
go to a hastings or order some plugs online..
i started with a 14, the went to a size 8 easily..
be sure to use lotion when stretching to the next size.
and dont stretch too fast to avoid rips and blow outs.
every 2 weeks or so.
no its not really easy. youll always get a burning sensation after stretching. but youll be able to get to the next size. use a taper. or pinchers when going up a size
These two websites are chock-full of information and have big selections of good quality body jewelry.
Heed and remember that stretching [not gauging] is not a race. You must take your time w/ each size so that you don’t damage your ears. Skipping sizes, using inappropriate jewelry [wrong material, wrong sizes, etc], stretching too fast, amongst other things can and will make stretching difficult for you, even if you don’t see damage right away. Scar tissue can be hidden inside of the fistulas [the insides of the piercings] and microtears can be created, thus causing infections and all sorts of bad problems.
i just went to a hairdresser/piercering shop and bought a 10g acrylic taper.
i went from 20g to 10g in one shot
it hurt baddd, but it was fine in a week.
i would sugest barbells, depending on how big you want i would just get tapers, either online or from a shop
Dude its real easy, just make sure you go slow and do it right
Go online and buy a 18g- 00 taper kit. Then slowly stretch and wait between tapers like 3 weeks at least.
This is gonna be one of the cheapest ways. Its like 30 dollars for the kit.
